What is the return policy?
At Gioiam, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their order.
If an item does not suit you, you have up to 15 days after delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for reimbursement:
– The jewel must not have been worn or damaged,
– It must be returned in its original packaging,
– Proof of return shipping must be sent to us.
Upon receipt and verification of the product, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Are some purchases non-refundable/non-exchangeable?
Yes, some items cannot be returned.
These include products:
– final sale,
– personalized or made to order,
– or not respecting our return conditions (jewelry worn, damaged, etc.).
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare and ship your package as quickly as possible.
You will receive a confirmation email upon shipment, containing a tracking link.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and current logistical conditions.
We will keep you informed every step of the way and remain available to assist you if needed.
How much does delivery cost?
All deliveries for orders over 30 euros are free. For orders under 30 euros, a 5 euro fee is required.
